J	Joy Cooney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is okay; however, it was very difficult to locate any sales representatives on the floor. I'm handicapped and wear leg braces so finding shoes is a huge challenge. I had purchased a pair of "spare" runners to have on hand as I go through shoes every couple months. Unfortunately, my leg braces were recently replaced so my "spare pair" don't fit my new braces. I asked if there was anyway that an exchange could be done considering they have never been worn. I was very quickly shot down which was very difficult to hear. Being on a fixed income, 70.00 doesn't sound like much but to me it might as well be a fortune. Needless to say, I'm now stuck with brand new shoes that can't be worn. I wish that a manager could have stepped in to help me out but nobody would call one for me. Time to find a new store to purchase my shoes.....one that will help out customers that are in a difficult position. Sorry Shoe Company, you've very unfortunately lost my future business and that of my family's too!
F	Fereshteh Turkmani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the shoes company to buy running shoes, and hiking shoes and were very happy with the customer service we received by Tejas. he is very knowledgeable about various products and was able to help with pick out multiple shoes based on my needs. Tejas was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the store itself is bright and organized neatly. Five stars for sure

Came back to exchange a pair and the associate said it wasn't an issue to reuse or apply the discount to the exchanged shoe. I couldn't find a size I wanted to try so went to another store to try them. Was going to stick with the original size so came back to do the exchange and the lady (Eastern European manager) refused to honor the previous associates offer. She said "I don't see written on your receipt where she agreed to that". I said I wasn't in the habit of not believing your staff and documenting our conversations. She would only return the shoes and it was going to be full price for the exchange pair. For the difference of $12 bucks I won't be back! Thanks for the run-around too!!

One of the things I hate about shoe shopping is people trying to sell me shoes I don't want. None of that here. Grab what you want, try it on and if you don't like it? Move on and find something else. Unfortunately for me I'm picky about my shoes so I didn't find anything I wanted but we got two really nice pairs of shoes for my girlfriend. One pair of Sketchers (they seem to be a Sketchers reseller) and one pair of New Balance and it didn't hurt the wallet too bad. And 2 months of warranty I think the cashier said? Overall very happy.
