★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the high thigh crystal boots as a gift for Xmas 2019 and took them home. Went to wrap them for Xmas and noticed that the soles were well worn and scuffed. Went to the store I bought them at and they said they had been worn and could not exchange them and was nothing they could do.
Let's see how their customer service holds up to poor front desk service and poor sales staff's quality assurance and control. Good job at possibly wrecking a Xmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many others have said avoid these shoes! Have been through two pairs recently one had problems with the leather cracking and the others which were worn once to a wedding had the sole beginning to rip off. Took them back to the store 5 days after the original purchase and they will not refund or replace the shoes. Their policy is to repair them. Very pathetic in my opinion. Will be the last pair of Steve Madden shoes I buy and I hope this review will prevent others from dealing with this same issue.
UPDATE...... Went to pick up repaired shoes the other day and no repairs had been done. In fact they had spilled glue on the side of one of the shoes and it ruined the leather. After this they returned my money. Reached out to customer service and they have not responded after a week. Pictures attached are of shoes after repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst quality shoes I’ve ever bought, don’t waste your money. I paid $105 for a pair of sandals and within ~1.5 hours of wearing indoors (which I was told I could do by sales staff) the side of the rubber heel on both shoes had a VERY obvious wear mark (around the size of 2 toonies). I have never had this problem with any other pair of shoes. To give some context, I have a pair of suede Calvin Klein heels that I’ve worn at least 10 times with no wear marks.
When I go to return them I am told that since it’s not a manufacturers defect they won’t return or exchange them. This is TWO days after I bought them. Even if I wore them the whole day, both days, I would expect them to be in better condition for $105.
The sales staff are awesome, great customer service. The guy helping me actually called the manager to try and help me return them since it was such a short window of time. However everything else is garbage. Pay the little bit of extra money to get a lower level designer shoe. This brand is forever 21 quality at 10x the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I've really enjoyed the styles in this store and the customer service but have had some trouble with quality. The looks are great; however, I bought a pair of boots there and within two weeks the leather was cracking. I returned them and was offered an exchange. I really wanted the boots and so I took home again. Low and behold not two weeks later the same issue came up. The store manager claimed that this was a manufacturers defect and offered to exchange them yet again. I opted to sway away from boots and try to buy some dress shoes instead. I bought two different pairs of dress shoes and ended up spending quite a bit more money than the original boot purchase. To be honest the style is great and I love the look of them but I've worn one of the pairs maybe 5 times and the sole has detached from the shoe. The customer service I received was great but spending this much money on shoes that break so quickly is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the store today but there was no attendants out front. After several minutes finally someone came out. I had found shoes I wanted to buy, I just needed the other pair to try it on. I though when she out from the back she would say hello or ask if needed any help. Nothing, she didn't even acknowledge me and just went back to back room. I really wanted those pairs of shoes but it seems like they can care less. Hope they spend more time with there employees about customers service. Just Awful!
