★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought shoes in April 2017 from this place. Within few days the top of one shoe started to tear. I went to the store in May and they replace the shoe. But again within few days, it started to tear. When I went back to the store to complain, they refused to replace them and the guy JASON was extremely rude and arrogant. I have been buying shoes from Skechers for my whole family but from now on i am never buying them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have really nice comfy shoes but the customer service is awful. I'm pregnant and looking for comfortable summer shoes and I waited maybe 15 mins to be helped and helped is a strong word. She just grabbed me the boxes and put them on the bench. I waited 10 more minutes and nobody came to check on me. 7 other people were standing in the store looking for someone and only one girl was on the floor while the two others were in the backroom. Everyone seemed annoyed. Please allow this store to have more staff because you're missing great business here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection for runners at Skechers Market Mall. Plus they have a Work Line for those on their feet for extended periods of time. Prices are what you would expect for higher end sneakers and the customer service was really good. Mine are anti-slip, very lightweight with breathable fabric. Should last about 5 months before the reinforced memory foam is compressed. 45 day full return policy unless worn indoors - then its 5 days to return them if unsatisfactory. Overall, not a bad shoe for the money plus the guarantee helps in case it doesn’t work out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's small. Not like CrossIron store. Staff excellent. Greet you immediately. Good suggestions. Selection limited. Skechers are trendy, good styling, but durability is suspect. I took two pairs back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in this store looking at women's shoes for my wife and was in the store for almost 10 minutes in the women's area and no one approached me or even acknowledged that I was there ? so I left the store was not busy at the time I was there as they just opened i was very disappointed

I went to the Market mall location and Heran and the associate were super accommodating, great friendly service , I purchased a pair if shoes that were so comfy. Love the backpack bag they give you with purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in this afternoon to make a return and exchange- the time spent with the two attentive sales associates led to a shopping experience like no other- shoes in my size appeared as I walked still looking at the selection, all items on sale brought to my attention- I came in to return 3 shoes, and left with 2 new shoes and a loungewear outfit I absolutely love. I will definitely return to this store. Thank you ladies.
