There was a note on the door to call them and they didnt answer, i tried multiple times. So unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible time with one of the workers there. She was an older woman. She was super pushy and kept trying to make me spend more money even when I said I couldn't afford it. She was super rude and had an attitude immediately after I said I couldn't spend that much money on hair products. She made it obvious that this store is all about money and not about their customers. Overall, 0/5 stars if I could give it that. Would NOT recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to redeem my birthday gift, and the advisor immediately pushed me to buy something. When I said no, she started to completely ignore me. She went back behind the counter and proceeded to play on an ipad. I came up to ask her a question to which she completely ignored me. I was about to leave when another advisor came out and helped me instead. She was sweet enough to even tell me I didn't need to purchase anything today. I then called a few days later looking to complain to a manager, only to find out the older lady who helped me WAS the manager. I spoke to the same advisor who helped me on the phone. She was super sweet and even gave me little freebies to make up for my experience! Needless to say, I will not be coming back here unless I see that specific advisor working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my mom today, this super helpful sales associate named Emily was helping us the whole time. She was super thorough with explaining all the products, even gave my mom a scalp massage, overall an amazing experience, will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also travelled to Market Mall specifically for Aveda and they were randomly closed in the middle of the day. Extremely frustrating. I’ll be going elsewhere moving forward.
I am not calling your 1-800 number. I’ve already had my time wasted travelling to this location to find it closed. I’ve a attached and photo and based on other reviews, this is obviously an issue that has occurred more than once. How much more evidence do you need? Asking customers to spend more time calling customer service is not helping your case. Fix the problem. Period.
