★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to do a return and a price adjustment. I forgot to use a coupon and it was literally the next day that I had returned to do so. (I've done this before and they honor it) The bill was 15cents short to do the coupon. So I simply said "okay, let's keep one item so I can use the coupon" she said that it would "take a hot minute" to do it all. And that she would have to enter it manually one by one... how is this an issue? I work in retail and do know that this happens. The one girl was very rude and basically said it'll take a lot of time to do this... how is that my problem or a reason not to do it? Very unfriendly and the girl who interrupted and took over - was not professional at all. Very disappointed. I have never had this problem here before.

Asking for my email for a receipt or a discount is not a nice way to get my marketing info and avoid CASL legislation, I give you email for the receipt and suddenly you can email me all you like, no thanks access to marketing to me is worth more than a small percentage off my bill or the receipt. Anyhow, will keep going, great products for the whole family.
