★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a shoe that I bought the the day before and I went to return it because I changed my mind. I went to the market mall location because it was closer to home and the lady said that I could not return it because it "looked worn". I explained that it was like that when I bought it because it was on sale with an extra 50% off so I'm guessing there was a reason it was so cheap. She said she was the manager and she was very rude and did not even give me any compromise like an exchange or store credit (which I wanted). I work at a shoe store and know that you have to give your clients at least a compromise before saying no if you have to. She was very rude and I am very disappointed that someone like that is a manager. I will not be buying from aldo anymore and not only that, I will be naming the status of the shoe and take pictures if I need to just in case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Ordered dress shoes online but they sent me a completely different product. I went to the store to replace the shoes as I was flying out next day. I asked the manager to offer me something else in same price but they refused to help me at all
First they messed up my order and when I asked for compensation for their mess up they decided to leave me hanging. Do not purchase from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Issra (sorry if I misspelt it) was absolutely lovely! I was in a crunch for time to find shoes and a purse for my graduation the next day, and she was so patient and helpful. She literally brought me out like 7 different pairs of shoes to try on and didn't even seem annoyed in the slightest. She was very honest and helpful when I asked for her opinion and thanks to her I left with the perfect pair of heels and purse for my special day! Issra's the best!!

The only location I will be going to Aldo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, I was immediately greeted at the door and the lady was very helpful and friendly. I asked the lady for a couple pairs of shoes and they are my favourite shoes to this day. I recommend asking for Isra as she is extremely nice and her energy is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love Aldo, I still look here first... But I find the styles are less and less practical for real life. I always unfortunately go elsewhere. They seem to only have super high heels that are nice designs, they don't have anything in-between and then their flats are quite boring.
