She was completely unprofessional acting like she has lots of power (power hungry)
Horrible experience. Definitely not a position she should be at (looks like she hates small kids)

just let customer service know how many kids, and you're good to go. Seating area plenty available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a mom with kids under 6, your little ones will appreciate the natural light here and the transportation theme playground. It’s bigger than most mall playgrounds and it’s conveniently located behind guest service ( if you want to rent a cart/stroller) with your id). Plus, it’s just steps from the food court and the nursing room/washroom. If you strategically park your vehicle in the underground parking and leisurely walk towards the playground, moms will get to have some short walks before the kids get to enjoy some fun at this playground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great playground for younger kids, but the staff/attendants when available, do little other than use their phones and ignore issues. Playground is often dangerously overcrowded, with many older children running freely without parents (they drop their kids off and then go off in the mall). It is nice that the management company has this facility, but more oversight is needed.

What was the point in making a parent with a toddler who can see all the kids playing, go on their phone to register for a waitlist when there js a person there. What’s the purpose? And again, masking children?! Vile..
