J	JC Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed 4 hours with my kids on Family day long weekend. Reasonable admission fee. Entirely exciting & safe playground zones. Arcade game zone was also funny. Food was fine as well. Very kind staff. Thank you very much.

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. My daughter didn’t quite have enough tickets to get a ring but the supervisor Andrea let her get one anyways. She made her night! She was also very willing to answer all our questions about the party packages. Exceptional service! We will definitely be back!!

B	Be Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great indoor playhouse for toddlers and kids. My baby enjoys a lot here. Great place to play and burn some calories here. Birthday parties can be arranged too. Has got enough parking space and staffs are great too. I would surely recommend visiting this for you kids, they will enjoy for sure.

Unfortunately, we paid for the top party booking and requested our food be brought in asap as that's what the room is for. Plus cakes and presents of course. The food came 30 minutes in, mascot picture time is SHORT with no chance for the little kids to warm up to the idea, and we had to request the proper amount of tokens for the kids. Due to the lateness of the food we did presents at a booth outside the room because we ran out of time. (We always do presents last). I just viewed the booklet of what I all paid for in my booking and we never got our kids desserts either... Our poor party coach (and all other staff) was swamped with multiple party bookings, taking admissions and concession, refilling arcade tickets on machines, and the redemption counter. It felt incredibly understaffed for a Saturday. The food was good though! Everyone had lots of fun and the place has plenty of areas for kids all ages!!

We had the green room and they had it set up so nice and even cleaned up after which was a nice break. The food was tasty. We had pizzas, hot dog, fries, fruit and veg platter. There wasn’t any hazards or garbage left anywhere Overall, it was such a great experience. We will definitely be coming back :)

We spent 2.5 hours there, that whole time a huge mess of yogurt and bottles was left on the back tables. Not once did I see staff clean the food area, or anything else. The "toy room" has open sockets, cords to trip over. I saw one child get tangled in it and got it around their neck. Holes in the wall that children were playing in and open wires. SO Dangerous. This place needs some serious cleaning and maintenance. It's unfortunate.

PLENTY of seating at the cafe area and great selection of snacks and food for all ages including fresh options. I appreciated that the arcade area was a bit tucked away, keep the little from constantly asking for tokens. The toddler area also had its own spot opposite the rest of the structure, so a little quieter and less tempting for bigger kids to barge in. Gated for security too ;) The diversity in equipment is what will bring me back-the play structure of course, with hides and several slides, but the pretend play post office and grocery store, the ball maze wall, the “shooting range”, the plasma car race track, even the couple of video games set up.
