I inherently believed that if it came from nature it was the best you could get. I still believe that. With over 85,000 chemicals in usein our industry today, only a fraction of them have been tested for long-term effects. I don’t think that is good enough, and our industry needs to change.
I believe that the earth provides more than enough natural ingredients to give us beautiful and healthy skin for life. I believe that body care should provide more than a sweet-smelling experience, it should be beneficial to our health and our psychological well-being. I believe that parents deserve peace-of-mind when choosing products for their families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite place. If you don't want to be in the mall very long and know what you want ( you have a list) the ladies will get the items for you. Some people feel fine with shopping in the mall but some of us aren't and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share my experience with Grace on January 1st, 2022. Grace is an exemplary employee of everything that RMSC embodies. She holds herself with poise, confidence, and a gentle nature that is truly welcoming.
I shared with her my skin troubles that are troublesome and taking some time to figure out. Without hesitation or judgement, Grace asked strategic questions to match me with the correct products for my skin. As some products were out of stock, she showed up as honest in her approach. This was a great part of the interaction as it showed me that she truly wanted to assist with my skin rather than solely sell me a product.
I ended up purchasing some items and speaking with Grace a bit longer due to her approachable nature. She is definitely someone who I would love to explore the whole store with as she is knowledgable, kind, and fun!
I'm already a fan of RMSC (Can't wait for this year's race!) and this type of customer service is why I return time and time again. Thank you Grace for showing up and being yourself. You're an absolute gem!

I was looking for some small Christmas gifts and Grace spent so much time with me picking out scents that went well together and wrapping them up all nicely! Amazing customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience on Christmas Eve. I purchased both the cream and roll on deodorants (which I am loving so far), and some soaps (also love!). The staff there were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and beyond kind. In particular, one woman who works there literally made my Christmas season. I am kicking myself that I didn't get her name ... but if you are seeing this, THANK YOU!!!! Your compassionate, empathetic support to a complete stranger went above and beyond. I look forward to shopping here again soon :)
