Yutong was very helpful and took the time to give me great advice on my current skin care routine and background info on the history of kiehls and it’s products. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be switching to these products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subpar products way over priced. Also, do NOT provide them with a phone number or they will start phoning you with promotional offers almost daily--it happened to me. I have worked retail for over a decade. The phone number is meant to make it easier to find your membership in the system, not harass customers. Ever since this happened, I completely stopped shopping with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the Market Mall Kiehl's today and had such a lovely experience. Jessica, I believe was her name, was so incredibly helpful, bubbly and kind. She made me feel very welcome and answered any questions I had, which is why I stayed in the store for a good 20 minutes! She also gave me many samples to try out that she loved! Thank you for such a lovely experience (: I will be coming again!
