★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only place I will be going for custom hats. My experience has been amazing! All the staff here are great, but Dylan especially went above and beyond to get things done for me. If you need to get a custom embroidered hat, don’t waste your time elsewhere. Thanks again Dylan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand how my kid goes to the till expecting to pay one price only to have the sales associate add an additional $13 to my order for something that wasn't on the tag of overpriced merchandise. It seems highly unethical. Not to mention the clerk stopped talking to us and moved on to the next customer before finishing our transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star taken for prices. Got to be a 50% mark up. Another star taken for all the nice hats ruined with stupid and ugly embroidery. Please please stop embroidering hats. Me and 4 other guys talked about it as we were looking but we all wanted certain hats but they had these ugly embroidery on them and also raises the price by $20. $74 for a hat with embroidery I wouldn't want. Another star taken for me spending a half hour looking at hats and wanting some but to see the hats ruined with embroidery that looks stupid. Moral of story - stop ruining hats and inform folks they could have stuff added if they like. Myself and 4 others walked out bare handed cause of the stupidity.
