★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought some new casual Ecco shoes for work and I absolutely love them! Moe has the best customer service in Calgary and he really does an amazing job understanding his customer's needs when looking for shoes and making sure that you are completely comfortable before a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Market Mall has been lacking a great shoe store that specializes in fine quality brands and exceptional service. I was so pleased to discover that Sole to Soul Footware now has a Market Mall location. Three days before Christmas Moe helped me source the right size of slipper for my husband and even transferred the correct size pair from another store. When I arrived to pick them up I remarked that the leather band seemed lighter than the slipper. He took out mink oil and rubbed the band to give it a darker appearance. This at 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve! Thank you Moe. You and your store are awesome! I will keep coming back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in and saw Moe to help me find footwear for my sore feet and orthotics. He was extremely knowledgeable, I even asked him how he knew so much about all the brands. He helped me out, answered all my questions, gave me space but kept an eye on me and came when he thought I had a question. He is knowledgeable, kind, friendly, very supportive, searched brands, colours, and sizes throughout the city. I will definitely go back because of how helpful they are. I also got a discount on both because of a doctor referral.

Today Moe helped us and was very kind and very knowledgeable. BTW he needs a new business card, the title “manager” needs to be changed to “owners outstanding son” or “shoe guru”!

The young pretty super super kind and nice girl, the other lady called her Hadi I guess. (I didn’t ask for her name because I was shy to ask) She suggested the pair which I’ve never tried before with a great great insoles! She put the perfect insoles in the pair for me! I loved it! She’s great hope to see her more!! Thanks for your customer service!
