Through it all Krista reaches into her soul to find inner joy that drives all of us to hope for better times ahead.

The rainbow of colours represents a promise of tranquility and peace for every soul on our planet.

Inspired & painted during the covid-19 lockdown, Krista can only dream of travel, visiting the mountains and the clouds of Rockies.

The strong powerful colours reaching for the sky represents the dominance of the rockies and Krista’s longing for a return.

First of all, love SoftMoc and have had great customer service elsewhere. Here however, the staff never even acknowledged that customers were in the store, but were too busy standing behind the til, or sitting on the floor putting items on a rack. When asked questions, they didn't know basic shoe questions and had to ask the senior person (the one sitting in the floor) and they were dismissive of the question, "Can using a water repellant spray damage GoreTex, because that's what it says on the GoreTex website". Will continue to shop at SoftMoc but will avoid this location!

The previous reviewers were right: the sales staff here suck. I just went in fully prepared to buy a pair of berkies & although I looked at the sales staff 3 times, and they saw me looking at them, they just stood there behind the counter. I'll go to a family-owned store I know, though it's further away.

I went in this store this evening, and although I was in a rush, and I had my busy toddler with me, I knew what I wanted and in what size. I waited by the sales desk, shoe in hand, as two sales people breezed past me multiple times without even looking in my direction. Both of these guys seemed to be more focused on helping the same customer, and eventually as they finally both disappeared into the back for the fourth or fifth time without asking if I had been helped (which it was very clear that I had not), I ended up leaving. Terrible customer service.

Went looking for 2 pairs of Birkenstock's . Found mine but the style my wife wanted wasn't available in her size (we checked several other stores as well). Our clerk was Kaitlin (hope I spelled that right), and she was amazing. She went above and beyond trying to get just the right pair for my wife. Even seeing if she could order them, and when they weren't in the skew she recommended another store too check. Couldn't find the style anywhere in the city so going back to get the second choice that are on hold. I highly recommend this store.

I came to exchange my daughter's slippers for a different size. There were 2 sales person around. Did not bother to ask me if I needed help until I came up to the guy if they still have other sizes. Just pointed me to the direction of the shelf. I had to look for it myself. The lady in the counter was not to eager to help either. Then I decided to buy something else instead of just exchanging the slippers. I don't mind waiting but while she was working and aware I was there, she looked at another customer to tell her she'll help her soon. Omg! Is this store white first kind of service. It's a good thing that the other customer acknowledged that I was first in line . Brown people are not welcome here. I can't believe it! What's ironic is that she looks like she is east Indian. I love shoes. I get better service at John fluevog. Never going to this store again.

Recently I had the displeasure of doing business with this store. My friend and I were on the hunt for a few new pairs of fall boots and shoes. We initially started out at The Bay and found a few pairs we liked. I had received excellent service at the Crossiron Softmoc store when purchasing recently so since The Bay didn't have the sizes we were looking for I recommended we look at Softmoc. I went into the store and grabbed the exact boot I intended to purchase and carried it around for a bit hoping to have someone offer to get me a size or ask if I needed help. No one cared to help us out. We waited approx 15 mins and at that time we were the only customers in the store. The two women working disappeared into the back for some time and shortly after a man and his children came into the store and were greeted and assisted by one of the women. I took the boot to the front counter since I knew no one was going to offer us help at this point. My experience in this store felt extremely awkward and like I was an inconvenience. We literally went into EVERY shoe store in Market Mall and I can without a doubt say this store had the worst vibe and the worst experience. My friend wanted the same boots I was purchasing but refused to give this store her money, she returned to The Bay and placed an order for delivery since they didn't have her size in stock. I too would have returned to The Bay but from my last shoe purchase at Softmoc I had $30 in redeemable money at Softmoc. If you want to purchase anything from Softmoc, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 mins to Crossiron Mills location.

I had a good experience at this store. The young lady that helped me out today spent the time to check inventory and find the exact colour and size of the kids winter boot I was looking for. The boots they found came with an old sale price tag, so they gave me the sale price. I would go back to this store to purchase shoes again.

Bought a 2nd pair of timberlands early April 2022, service was good and friendly even with my stink feet from work lol...wore them for 2 continuous weeks with extreme pain in my right boot ( same Size and everything as my other timberlands which I have had no issues with in 2 years ) called the store 2 weeks later and they said bringnthem in, brought them in 2 weeks after with dirt etc from 2 weeks of dog walks and they exchanged and got me a new pair shipped...excellent service all the way around! I will def be back!
