★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this location months ago to get a balayage done by Vivian. She charged the price of a balayage but just ended up essentially giving me highlights with a money piece. I spent almost 5 hours in that chair and in the end, my hair ended up looking nothing like the reference photo. She blamed it on how dark and thick my hair is (for context, my hair is very fine and chestnut brown), but I've had my hair done multiple times before at another location and each time, the balayage turned out stunning. I have never been so underwhelmed and disappointed with my hair. Months later, and every time I look at my hair I still wanna cry. It's so awful that I'm considering just dying it back to what it was before but that would be a complete waste of almost $300. The second I showed my friends, all they could say was "you've been ripped off", as it looked nothing like what I wanted.

I was in yesterday (06/11/21) and I feel like I didn't show my appreciation properly because when he asked how I liked my new haircut all I said was "it's cute" but it was absolutely beautiful, he did such an amazing job with the texture and layers. I'm sorry if I didn't seem impressed or happy with it, I work at Starbucks and we got slammed with the holiday rush, I was just really tired after my shift ? thanks again James!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today for a balayage done by James. I absolutely love the results! I haven’t been happy with my hair for years and it helped me feel great again. Finally found a hairstylist I will continue to go to.
Looking forward to next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a bang trim on my curtain bangs, I don’t remember the name of the stylist but she was Asian with long blonde hair, she seems like she was in a rush. I got the worst “bang trim” I’ve ever gotten in my life. I’m not one to leave bad reviews at places but it was seriously so horrible. She cut two super short pieces at the front which didn’t blend at all with the rest of my hair which is the entire point of curtain bangs. To blend. My hair was so choppy, when she asked if it looked good I just said yes so I could get out of there and she would stop cutting my hair. My friend and sister were shocked cause it looked SO BAD I went to another salon right after to get it fixed and the stylist said it was the worst bang trim she’s ever seen in her life. She tried to fix it but said some pieces will just have to grow out in order to blend with my other hair. People pay a service to get their hair cut and if people don’t know how to do that they shouldn’t be cutting peoples hair. Never coming back

my partner reach on appointment time all the way from NE. She been told about extra amount as per hair length on which she inquires how much extra? Then she asked if its include tax or not, on which the serving lady started getting annoyed? Lastly she commented that since she is willing to pay extra amount, she is expecting nice hair cut as its the first time she is at Chatters. At this point the serving lady flipped and refused to offer service.
The branch manager was of no help as well as she said they cannot do any thing if the lady is not willing to provide service and they did not have any one else to do the job.
Such a bad customer service and against customer rights. They wasted our time and they effort we made to drive all the way with our kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ahead because my usual stylist hasn’t been doing a great job lately. I said - hey, do you have time for a haircut with a senior stylist? The lady on the phone goes, you’re with Alice, you’re in great hands. I said, okay great. I like going to more experienced stylists because they’re usually good at telling you what will suit your face etc. And I needed someone who knew what they were doing. I go in, and I’m so excited to get my hair cut. It’s long it’s got no body it’s the perfect blank canvas for something really nice. I say Alice, I hear I’m in great hands. Would love some face framing some nice bangs and lots of layers. Just change it up I’m so sick of my hair. You’re the senior stylist, I trust you. Make me look good.
She then proceeds to give me a mullet.
2 stars instead of one because it might have been my fault for trusting her.
