About Gong Cha Market Mall
“Gong cha” is a Chinese term for the act of offering the best tea to the Emperor. It represents teas and beverages of the highest and finest quality, fit for royalty. Today, the Gong cha company is dedicated to the same principal of providing premium products to its customers around the globe. Gong cha promises to inspire the human spirit and create happiness with a perfect cup of tea.
Established in Taiwan in 1996 by two good friends, Huang and Wu, Gong cha was unique in offering personalized service with premium teas in a variety of innovative and delicious recipes. Gong cha became loved by its customers and news of the company quickly spread by word of mouth. Its quality products grew increasingly popular, and in 2006, Huang and Wu established the Gong cha brand and opened the first Gong cha brand store in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. Gong cha has since become one of the best-known providers of quality teas and has blossomed around the world.

โ โ โ โ โ This tea is amazing, they have gone beyond that and now offering mix of tea with fruits which makes it even more incredible.
Plus a really good customer service sttitude solving all questions about product and helping to pick better.

โ โ โ โ โ Usually very good but recently has been slacking. The last few times Iโve been here my drink has been messed up. Things like missing or wrong toppings, or just the drink tasting different than it usually does. Definitely not what it used to be.

โ โ โ โ โ I have had Gong Cha before at other locations (in Ontario) and loved it, so I was extra disappointed with the taro smoothie I ordered Sunday morning. It had a grainy unsweet flavour (although I ordered regular sugar). The tapioca was good but near the bottom I sucked up a rough purple ball that was probably some kind of flavor ball but it didn't taste like much. Would have had it remade but took it to go.

โ โ โ โ โ Waited 30 minutes for our order after watching literally 9 other orders get finished first (we were order 120, order 129 and below were finished before our order) and the tea was pretty sub par, the taste didn't seem right and it left a dry taste in my mouth. I'm guessing it was over steeped. Bubble waffle was good. Overall, service was well below average. 4/10

โ โ โ โ โ Their tea is amazing, so is the customer service. Conveniently located towards the centre of mall and itโs not that crowded, so ideal to grab a quick bubble tea on the go. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff but long lines. The wait was double compared to other locations at even busier times. Our two drinks definitely had issues - drink made was small when we ordered large (rectified on the spot), and second drink was not sealed properly and leaked everywhere. I called the location and they said they would fix this by offering a refund or a new drink on the next visit. Rating will remain two stars until it is corrected.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been going here for Bubble Tea now for a little over a year. Drinks are always spot on and very consistent!
Iโm personally in sales for a living, have owned my own businesses and have always done something around customer service. BK is an employee here, BK is always working 98% of the time my wife and I go here. BK Iโm sure sees thousands of people a week, but he knows our drinks of choice and has memorized them. Itโs very impressive to say the least. Before we get to the cash, he basically already has everything punched in and ready to go. Our drinks of choice have multiple modifications to them, not an easy thing to remember with the amount of people he must serve day to day.
Normally I donโt give reviews on a particular employee, as a business is a team effort. But this man deserves recognition for his hard work, dedication and customer service. He treats people like humans and goes above and beyond in my eyes. I am always beyond impressed with his customer service and every other employees customer service.
The store front is always clean, very busy and super friendly. Keep up the hard work!
