Rosie (NOT Rose), was very kind and helpful through our purchasing experience of a custom wedding ring. She is very friendly! BUT the rest of the staffs were RUDE, JUDGY and act as if we are disturbing them. (I'm talking about various different times we were in the store not just once or twice)

After a small situation that arose I’m happy to say people’s commitment to customer service really shined through today. Bobbi, the store manager was quite relatable and great to deal with during the resolution.

We sent my engagement ring off to be sized and were told it would be back by the 21st at the latest- it is now the 24th and I had to call the store for an ETA on when I would be getting it back. I spoke to Bobbie on the phone and I will just say that this location will not be getting anymore of our business as she was VERY rude on the phone. I will be going to a different location for my warranty checks and for any future purchases.

Better off going else were, worst peoples location in Calgary! Have never once gone there and had proper customer service. Had my ring sent out to have my diamond replaced only to be told that I have to pay $300 even though I have warranty and a diamond bond. Have to wait to have it come back in to β€œsee” if the diamond bond number works for replacement to be sent else were. Not once have I had proper customer service and have now waited weeks for more disappointment. Better off going to Chinnock or taking your money to a different jeweller. Was even lied to about who helped to me wasn’t even the manager of the store…. Save yourself the stress and time and paperwork.

Absolutely awful experience with warranty repairs on my wedding set and anniversary ring. I never write reviews but this experience has removed my husband and I as People's Jewellers customers. Not only were the rings sent back 3 times without repairs being completed, but they did nothing to rush or expedite this process. The justification used time and time again was that "they're busy". No one at the market mall location noticed any of the errors made by the goldsmith (some errors made 2 times) and my rings are now gone again with no anticipated return date. If the repairs had been completed as requested the FIRST time they were sent to the Goldsmith I would have had my ring set back the first week of March. At nearly the end of April there is no concrete timeline of my rings being returned for the FOURTH TIME. I DO NOT recommend People's Jewellers

Absolute worst customer service. We have bought several jewellery pieces here and we never seem to learn our lesson. We’ve only had one even semi pleasant staff member after years of going here. They don’t like doing the warranty work (trust me we would rather not be coming in all the time also), they have conflicting information, they are rude and impatient, and even just trying to have a semi pleasant (not over the top negative) conversation is near impossible. The way the staff talk to one another and attitude is very hostile also. I feel badly for the staff who work here. Truly wish the Northland Mall location was still open as they had such amazing and friendly staff.

I bought my husband an anniversary ring which is really nice and he loves it. However I had to buy it in a size 10 because they don't carry any other size in store. I didn't have time to order online and wait for delivery. As it turns out he needs a size 12. When we went back to the store to have it sized, we were told it would cost $172 to have it sized!!! It should be included! What a crime. I took it to a jeweller because I'm not going back to People's Jewellers again.

Dawn at Peoples was super helpful. She was friendly, answered all my questions about diamonds and explained everything with confidence. I even left to look around before I returned to purchase my diamond earrings and she didn’t try to push me into a sale at all, unlike some of the other stores. Not only did Peoples have the best prices, they had the friendliest staff! I love my new earrings and I feel confident about what I bought. Definitely no regrets!
