I lost a diamond from my band during covid and let them know, and as soon as they opened back up I was quickly emailed and given a time to get it repaired. Their customer service is amazing, and I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's such a beautiful selection of engagement rings and the people there are super helpful and so not pushy. I was just looking to get an idea of my style and the ladies were so nice! Most jewellery stores just ignore unless they think you're buying. I have already told my 'fiance-to-be' about them and we'll definitely be going there when the day comes. Plus they're locally owned AND I found out I could design my own custom ring at their workshop. Super cool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had dealings with Maxime's for many years and having dealt with Dalia and Matthew for many of them making each new purchase easy with their experience and knowledge, I also find other staff like Matthew and Kristina ensure I have a great experience at their shops regardless of what I stop in for.
Maxime's is an amazing shop for jewelry, pens, watches, cufflinks, wedding/engagement rings and in fact it is even more than what some would consider a 'buying experience'. Maximes is a relationship purchase. When you purchase that special item for yourself or for those you love enough to give them the best you start a relationship with people whom care enough to make sure you get exactly what you wanted, whom care enough to take care of any needs after your purchase and whom care enough to continuously educate themselves on the industry and offer the best possible advise and items for your purchasing needs.
This is a relationship with a locally owned, family business that after you deal with them you will find other reasons to buy other items from them just to have that same experience you had on your first purchase. The relationship exists from that first time because they never forget your face or name and they always make you feel welcome even if just stopping in to say hi or thanking them again for that perfect item.
There is no single reason for me to go anywhere for any of my jewelry/watch/pen needs ever again for Maxime's and the family and staff continue to fulfill all my needs everytime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at Maxime's and dealing with Amanda at the Chinook location since I bought my wife's engagement ring many years ago. While I was initially drawn to the fact it's locally owned and has access to luxury brands (including Tacori, which was my wife's dream engagement ring brand), I've ultimately returned over and over because of their customer service, vision and attention to detail.
Amanda and the whole staff remember me by name, go out of their way to make sure that I am getting exactly what I want and ultimately always produce something truly special. I've always felt that in jewelry you want to work with someone who you can trust and is going to deliver something unique, and when I walk into Maxime's I know that they are going to do everything they can to get me something that will wow and I have never been disappointed.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a luxury experience from a locally based company, and particularly if you want to buy quality that will last a lifetime. Ask for Amanda and know you will be in good hands.

Kailee was enthusiastic, kind, and above all helped me find the exact engagement ring I have always wanted. I found a beautiful infinity twist gold ring and I couldn't be happier. She didn't pressure us to buy and concentrated on what we both envisioned for our forever rings. My fiancee wound up finding a gold ring that matches and looks so beautiful with mine. I will be back and I highly recommend working with Kailee. Best experience ever! We will be back for our future anniversaries!
