β β β β β I was pleasantly surprised when the staff didn't bombard me with questions and trying to get me to try on frames. The staff here just let me be and then in a relaxed fashion made some suggestions on frame shapes. I felt seen and welcomed and comfortable in the environment and the 2 folks working were so helpful in picking frames and new sunglasses. I can't wait to get my new glasses and continue this awesome experience. Tha ks so much.

My wife and I bought a few pairs from Bailey nelson at Market Mall and the every time we had an incredible service and we are going back for more ( prescription sunglasses )! Thank you team!

They went over and above with when I picked up my glasses in helping with tricks and tips on when first wearing them. Such good quality for such a good price ! reallllllly happy you guys!! Forever customer!!!!

β β β β β End to end excellent experience. The selection of frames , lens color , trying out and finalization was done in a very relaxed yet professional manner. Never rushed. I got my prescription sunglasses on promised time. The end product being awesome. Love my new glasses.

β β β β β Out of all the optical stores in Market Mall, Bailey Nelson was the only one with a selection of modern frames that I liked! I absolutely recommend their products for very affordable prices.
Unfortunately, this location is very under-staffed and busy and that is why I cannot give it a full 5 stars. The staff are very friendly and easy to get along with, however they struggle a lot during busy times. They forgot to call me back more times than not, charged incorrect prices, struggled to find information right away, and always had to tell customers to come back in 10-20min. The staff are very young and seem to be new to the field of optometry as well as business. Nevertheless, still a great place!

β β β β β I bought a pair of glasses from here... excellent service, accept major Insurance company, Competent pricing.
The only low light is, they have limited frames to choose from however the highlight is, all the frames are unique and enough to confuse what to choose. You would definitely end up liking 3-4 frames minimum. Focused on quality then quantity.

β β β β β I purchased a pair of glasses from Bailey Nelson that I loved and got lots of compliments on. I thought I lost my pair glasses on a snowboard trip and needed a new pair so I called and customer service was very patient and understanding about my situation! She even said she would make a note to rush the order. Not only are the glasses super cute, they are worth every penny and the customer service is outstanding. The employees seem like they genuinely care and will do everything they can to make sure their customers are satisfied! I would give them 6 stars if I could. Amazing experience and glasses always!
