From the doctors (usually Dr Klettke for me…any of them) to the pre-testing to the opticians (Tracy was awesome and manages a great team) it is always a great experience. With a broad selection of frames and always top notch lenses, I actually look forward to getting new glasses. Thank you Tracy. Brenda and Dr Wayne Klettke for a great experience today. I can’t wait for my new glasses in the coming weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had cataract surgery and then laser treatment to address some complications. When I visited Dr. Klettke for my follow up exam he took lots of time for exam and discussion, answered all my questions and helped me to understand my dry eye syndrome. After completion of an optic nerve scan a few days later DR Klettke called me personally to let me know that all looked good. I so appreciate the care and support offered at FYI.
Today I visited the clinic to find new glasses. The officer manager, Tracy Bell helped me to find frames that worked and spent a lot of time explaining about fit and finding lenses that met my needs. She then helped me to further understand treatment for my dry eye and reviewed
how to use my drops, heat compresses and eye massage. She is so experienced and knowledgable and was very generous with her time. I highly recommend FYI Varsity for eye care and education. Thanks team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FYIdoctors provides impeccable service. I have experienced care from several doctors there and all were beyond top notch. I am especially grateful to Dr .Wilkinson who diagnosed a serious eye problem and sent me to a fantastic surgeon. He is extremely careful and precise. I notice that the equipment they use is regularly updated to be the best in the field which also inspires confidence. In addition, the staff are very caring and capable. Everyone who works there is courteous and fully committed. I've gone there for years, and the high quality of service, care, as well as accountability has remained consistent. On the rare occasion that errors have been made in prescriptions or if anything at all is not working for me, FYI takes care of it completely at no charge to me. Further, clients are always welcome to come in and have their glasses fit fine-tuned as needed, free of charge. Of course, especially with progressive lenses - fit is critical! I cannot recommend FYIdoctors in Varsity more highly. In particular I had excellent service from Tracy and Dion today and also from Tracy yesterday,. They went the extra mile to solve my lens and fitting challenges. Tracy helped me to understand how I will experience my vision differently, now that I have had cataract and macular hole surgeries which was very helpful! I've never had better vision as a result of the FYI team's care for my vision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve gone to Dr Wilson for about 5 years and he is a wonderful Dr- very kind and friendly and explains everything so well. I’ve bought three pairs of glasses from Tracy and these are the best glasses I have ever had. With my one pair of black and white glasses, I can’t go anywhere without getting a complement - walking down the mall, waiting in a line, at the gas station and just being with friends so I have spread FYI and Tracy’s name to many. I’m so glad I was referred here when my previous Dr retired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wilson is a great doctor. I really feel confident in his care of my vision.
But then there is Tracy. She runs the front and fits you for glasses. That’s not a fair description. This beautiful funny and clearly extremely intelligent woman must also be an artist. She can look at your face, walk across the room and ‘randomly’ pull out a frame for you to try. And magically you become super cool - looking good!! I don’t know how she does it but she’s the best. After buying glasses from her for over a decade, I just walk in and say, Hey Tracy, I need new glasses. I walk out, two pairs of glasses and often sunglasses bought. Then I wait for the compliments when I’m out and about. They come hard and fast - love your glasses! Thank you Tracy and Dr. Wilson!
