Thank you for the great service and I love these glasses and loving all the compliments I am getting! Go check out Optiko Sunridge mall, hands down best place I’ve been too for glasses selection and price.

I love every pair I've purchased here and never think that I can find a better pair, but always surprise myself when the staff help me pick a pair that I love even more. The displays are sleek, clean, and offer a large range of fashionable, stylish frames to choose from. They offer skilled opticians on site with all of the latest testing equipment. Turnaround time to order new frames even if not in store is very quick. I've referred family and friends here, and everyone happily returns year after year after finding their new favorite optical store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the pleasure of dealing with Lora and getting her help picking out the perfect glasses. The store has a very big selection with some beautiful choices. It was hard to pick out only one glasses, so i got two! The staff is very attentive to the customers needs! I would definitely recommend Optiko for anyone looking to spice up their eyewear!

I visited two times for a deuterium glass test and they explained to me the differences of glasses kindly and what would be the best for my husband. My husband could try online eye exams several times with their assist. They have patiently waited for us.
Although they know that we were their for just a trial, we didn't feel to be forced to buy or something.
I don't know if this store do a customer service training or not but my experience was very satisfied and I would spend my money here with an amazing customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding a professional and experienced optometrist for myself and my children has been one of my concerns since moving to Calgary two month ago. Especially, after visiting a highly rated optometry clinic where I did not get satisfactory service in terms of explaining the causes and preventative measures for my younger child's worsening vision, We kept searching until we luckily found Dr. Effie Sen at Optiko Eyewear. She went above and beyond to address our concerns and to answer all our questions. She checked my child's vision and since he has focus issues she recommended a second round of check up after applying some eye drops that assist with getting an accurate measurement. Dr. Sen did not stop with just the vision check up, she graciously discussed all the eye wear options including their short and long term financial impacts.
Not to mention, the front desk and the optico side personnel are equally professional and knowledgeable of the products and offer their assistance in the most friendly and customer oriented manner.
We highly recommend this place and Dr. Sen for your optometry needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the majority of my grievances lie with whoever is running things up front, here. They essentially told me I would need the more expensive eye exam in order to place an order for contacts with them. Rubbed me the wrong way, but sure! All fine. Placed a few orders with them, that was all good and fine. Then I found out they were charging me nearly $50 more for my order of contacts than their competitors which led to me never picking up that order (after I inquired about a price match for the contacts and was effectively told, no). So, now I’m a year+ out from that last appointment and last week found myself in a pinch. So I figured, whatever I just need the contacts, I’ll give them another chance. But they wouldn’t allow me to order new contacts with that prescription because it’s too “outdated”, when any other office I’ve called since then tells me they’d be able to place an order under that prescription for me, just fine. I called earlier this week to have my older prescription emailed to me so I can place an order with a different optometrist for contacts, and she basically told me she’d have to check with the optometrist who wouldn’t be in for another 4 days, to see if she could do that? Kinda just seems like they’re just trying to make money. That being said, the actual optometrist here is fantastic, super helpful and no problems there. But I just can’t give continuous support to a place who is clearly trying to make hundreds of dollars from me, as a full-time student who works 3 jobs, when other places are telling me it’s unnecessary.
