★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people employed here are very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this platform. It is ridiculous that no phone number be provided by your property manager and that you need to sign in to even send a message. This is very inconvenient. When you need urgent assistance, you should have direct contact with your property manager not have to login, send a message and wait hours to days for a reply. Would never recommend!

Thank you to Sandra and the team for being so accommodating...I give a 10/10 to their online system as well. The fact we can do all of our board duties remotely has saved us so much time trying to organize everyone's schedules!

They actually respond to owner requests and help where they can. Its so refreshing to see a property management company do what they are hired to do. Their system is different, but it works!

They are responsive, cooperative and polite to work with. In my industry we deal with them all and sometimes it can be one of the worst parts of our job. Condo Bridge is by far and away the best company I have ever worked with. If you are looking for a management firm for your condo, call them without hesitation.
