Editing my Google review… I had an issue with the lease agreement and was accommodated very fairly and in a timely manner! Thanks so much to Milton for being so easy to work with, and extremely friendly! Highly recommend!!

Cool rental place, but misleading when they say pet friendly. They have conditions like if your dog is over 50 lbs, it needs to be a support animal. Also the leasing team spelled my name wrong.

I did not lease with Trinity Hills, however I was out of country when I started the application process for credit approval. After meeting the TH leasing requirements on return to Calgary I was able to view the proposed unit in person. I declined to pursue finalization a lease - unfortunately the unit was not big enough. I do want to emphasize the people I dealt with (Neil at TH, and Arta at Hazelview) were terrific and very responsive to my requests - something most competitors are not handling as elegantly. Thank you Neil and Arta for being so helpful.

The most pressing a recent issue is that the buildings heating systems were not engineered strong enough to keep up with the coldest days of the year. I called the building managers to fix this. They called me an hour later saying that help was dispatched to fix the issue. I woke up in a entry-level hypothermic reaction. Shivering so hard for about ten minutes I almost puked. Called for help, I got hung up on. This is the nature of Hazelview and her counterparts. Buildings so modern that you have to turn your oven up and keep it open on the cold days. The two heating cabinets provided for the suite cannot satisfy a heat call. they cannot keep up with heat on the cold days. Apartments so clean that when you drop something beside a fixed cabinet, drywall dust poofs from the bottom. Prices so high you swear the building was built of concrete. Problem is, if you live on the top floor you can feel the

Not really sure what the other reviewer means when she said you can get better quality for less? I would love to know and I have rented a lot! This is a premium place thats brand new and modern. Love the amenities and the quality of the finishing. There is definitely some construction around but it's a new area!

I rented here for just over 12 months last year. The building is gorgeous--the nicest apartment we have ever rented. Has a professional grade gym and underground parking. Right on the Peskapoo slopes, which are an amazing network of trails just in the backyard! Right next to Winsport, shopping, the highways. What's not to like?? Well 2 things: building design and management. The buildings were designed for architects not people. The stairs are not functional, the fire alarms went off for no reason, suites ran cold, the 921 building was not connected to the other building for easy access to the gym--you had to walk outside, garbage disposal never worked, elevator did not go down to refuse room, the list goes on and on...The building manager was Milton and he was near completely derelict in his duties. They hired a new manager, Sofia, who seemed very nice and was trying to be on the ball. Time will tell if these issues are fixed. For the premiums you pay, they had better.

Very good place to live and play. Our apartment is new, modern and functional. We are using bike storage and gym is new, clean and full of great equipment. We had a small issue in the apartment and it was resolved immediately. Manager Team, Ariel and Milton, are communicative, approachable and responsive.

Our time at Trinity Hills was beyond disappointing and can be distilled into two main points, poor building management and inadequate building design (especially for high monthly rent). Over the course of our 12 month lease we dealt with all three Property Management staff (Milton, Sofia and Ariel) - from the very beginning each question (via email/text/call) was sure to get an extremely delayed response or no reply at all... it was very common to have zero response back from the Property Management staff even regarding urgent safety or building issues. Our issues at Trinity Hills included, were but not limited to: homeless individuals sleeping in the fire escape stairwells (see attached picture), stolen license plate off of car in tenant lot, broken dishwasher upon moving in, toilettes struggling to flush upon moving in, frequent fire alarms due to tenant parkade ceiling leaking water (see attached picture), building power outage rendering the building with no light/heat for 12 hours in the dead of winter, fire escape stairwells not locked to outside surface parking lot, referral "incentive" not received until after we moved out, still getting billed for water usage even after we moved out even though Property Management said they would end the billing etc. etc. I could go on for hours but the most frustrating thing was the absolutely awful communication, lack of professionalism and low level of care from the Property Management staff. We made sure to move out after our lease was up and would NOT recommend anyone move into Trinity Hills ever.
