I priced out what I believe to be all the major brands offering this service and Cubeit was substantially less expensive than competitors. Additionally they were more flexible with billing when it came to needing additional time to complete a project. They were very responsive, friendly and informative. Their delivery/pickup vehicle is great as it places the cube directly into the desired spot vs. having to slide it into place. Their billing is easy to understand and communication has been clear. Would recommend.

However Grace, the agent I chatted with to confirm the return date was able to change the date and get my pickup scheduled for the planned date. Thanks Grace!

The Cubeit employee assured me I'd receive a same-day callback to verify whether the date I requested would be secured. Several days passed and still no callback, so I called them. They told me they would have the rep who initially booked my cube call me that day for an update. I received no call for several days. Since the date I requested was only 4 days away at that point, I went with another company and cancelled with Cubeit. I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of service. The other place I called got me a larger cube for less money - AND they even sent an employee out to ensure they'd have space to place the cube - all within a few hours on the same day.
P	Park Place on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USE ANOTHER POD SERVICE.. They are not licensed to operate Canada wide. I hired them to store/deliver my belongings between the sale of my condo and purchase of a new house. When the time came to have them deliver the unit, I was informed they don't service the area I have moved to, which is only 1.5hrs from Calgary. It has been a nightmare dealing with Cubeit and I wish I read all the complaints + real reviews before hiring them. Now I have to go back to Calgary myself, hire + supervise movers to move the contents from the pod to a moving truck, deliver it to the new home and move the contents again. Don't believe the fake positive reviews and the false claims on their website, this has been anything but an easy experience. Moving is stressful as it is, give your money to a company that has adequate solutions instead of this shady business. It amazes me that they're still in operation.

During a difficult time, they were a pleasure to deal with. I haven't received the cube yet (it arrives tomorrow) but based on everything up to this point, I would highly recommend.

When inquiring why they don't deliver to a city they drive right through I was rudely interrupted, spoken over top of and then hung up on. This was obviously someone who didn't understand what I was explaining/asking and didn't have the intelligence to be polite enough to listen. I called back and was treated very nicely by someone who DID understand what I was saying and handled my call well. This may or may not be a good business but I will never use it and will recommend anyone I know not use this business because one power tripping customer service person was one of the rudest I have ever heard.

Arthur is very good at putting together all the initial details. Our plans changed and we had to reschedule then ironically, as it turned out plans changed again to where we did not need the services whatsoever. In spite of all that when it came time to cancel the service, Tanisha was once again very professional, offered options to consider and was understanding of the fact that sometimes - plans change. Will definitely consider in the future and recommend to others as a valued service.
C	Chris Stackhouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had an overly complicated move, not knowing exact dates of move out or move in (or even quantity of furniture moved!). The Cubeit solution seemed like a reasonable solution to my problem to a relatively stressful situation. I have been BLOWN AWAY by the service provided by Cubeit. I have changed dates on them multiple times, both on move-out and move-in and number of container, and they have been overly accommodating. Every single time I call them I am talking to a different person, but given SINCERE and THOUGHTFUL service. They don't stick to a script, they just try and solve the problem, which is what I need in a time of uncertainty. I don't remember ever leaving a single review online before (good or bad), but I really think this company deserves credit where credit due. They are EXEPTIONAL in customer service delivery. I almost (but not really!) want to move again. I'm trying to make this NOT sound like a paid review, because it is not. I would be happy to share more about my experience with anyone on the fence considering using CubeIt. Zero complaints. Would recommend (and personally use) again and again.
