Our team at Larlyn has been able to assist us to finalize a number of maintenance projects that we have been trying to close out with our previous management company for years, they have been able to clean up the financials for our corporation so we as a Board know where we stand monthly and the communication within our community has increased ten-fold with Larlyn. We are pleased with the services we have received from Larlyn, and have received compliments from our homeowners on the improvement in management and only wish we had made the change sooner than we did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a resident of a 20 year old townhome complex in northwest Calgary for many years. During this time, there have been several property management companies contracted to manage the complex. Without hesitation, I can say whole-heartedly that Larlyn Property Management has been the best, and specifically, our PM, Sonja. Since January 1, 2020, Sonja has proven to be a most effective PM. Her customer service skills are unlike any other; she listens, takes an interest, and is responsive to all inquiries, Sonja has genuine care and concern for our complex, as though she herself were a resident. Through her commitment and care, she has lead the current board of directors to take initiative in many projects within the complex, many of which should have been addressed years ago. Sonja has also had to deal with several incidents, which involved exceptional project management skills in coordinating various trades / contractors to address these. Sonja's integrity is admirable, as she consistently exceeds expectations in the management , upkeep, and enhancement of our complex. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Larlyn and Sonja as Property Management professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we worked with Larlyn to complete inspections for one of their properties in Calgary. We had the pleasure of working with Sonja for this project and she helped it run seamlessly. Sonja set up all the appointments, notices, and managed the communications with the homeowners. Every homeowner was prepared upon our arrival with what to expect during inspection. Because of Sonja's attention to detail, the two week project ran seamlessly and on schedule. As a contractor I highly recommend working with Sonja at Calgary's Larlyn office.

We have had several different property management companies over the past years and we have had to continually change our provider as we received minimal service and response. We have been extremely impressed with the services of our property management and long outstanding items in our community have been quickly addressed and calls and emails are actually returned in a timely manner. Impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noise complaints have gone ignored for months. Construction allowed between 10 PM to 4 AM with absolutely no consequence or efforts to cooperate with the police, owners, or tenants. Larlyn ignores complaints about heat in the dead of winter. They assign everything to one person and that is the end of every complaint with no resolution, only email replies justifying why they can’t do anything, more along the lines of, “there have been no other complaints”., therefore deal with it. They charge owners skyrocketing fees which make it impossible to sell your condo or rent to someone else. They obviously have terrible ratings, but beware of any building managed by these people. Completely unacceptable. Will be going to the media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the xtreme weather in Calgary our condominium highrise experienced broken pipes which led to the water needing to be shut off in the building. While an inconvenience I am certain to all owners I wanted to compliment Larlyn on their handling of the matter during the holidays. Their communication was exemplary in keeping us as owners informed on the status of the plumbers completing the repairs. After a couple of days our water is back running before the new year and I am certain this is a direct result of our Larlyn team. I have lived in other condominiums before and the care we have received from the Larlyn team has been well above what I have experienced previously. I don't normally post however I wanted to thank the team working at our building for taking time out of their holidays to ensure we were looked after and so we can enjoy the rest of ours.
