I have an M.A in Psychology and I qualified and worked as a Counsellor for Relate in the UK for 7 years before emigrating in 2012. Relate is the UK's largest counselling organization specializing in relationship support. I opened up my private practice in 2013.
I have a strong relational approach to working with clients, creating a warm,safe and non-judgmental space to explore issues. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work alongside an integrative approach to Counselling including elements of person-centered, systemic and psychodynamic therapy. For anxiety and depression I use CBT.
