As no one has experienced this crazy housing market in a long time, Kathy and the Popowich team helped us through this process with professionalism and expertise. Kathy made sure that I had information about things like building codes for when houses were built and how they've changed which she used to explain how that plays into insurance costs, utilities cost as well as advice where a "good deal" now will cost you more in repairs down the road.
