★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got severe water poisoning here from toxic water coming from their faulty pipes system that they could not afford to repair. the repair companies that came out to assess the situation said that sediments were building up in the pipes due to too much water pressure and they would remove the build up by barrel. the property management, First Service Residential, was absolutely useless and disrespectful, which is why they have a very low rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone considering purchasing property here should run in the other direction. The place is constructed like a kids' playhouse. The property management is abysmal. The water is unclean - yes, even in a 1st world country, and the City of Calgary doesn't care that it's full of pipe sediment. You're welcome for the warning.
