I had my eyebrows done by Beverly and it was such a wonderful experience! She was so nice and listened to exactly what I was wanting. She was great with letting me know what she was doing and why ( which I really appreciated since I have had alot of not so great eyebrow experiences) Thank you Beverly!I cant wait to go back!

I was supposed to have a consultation with Sadaf at 1:30 PM and i was running a little late. I was travelling from NE, took me 35-40 minutes and i got 6 minutes late, with snows on the road, traffic, finding parking spot etc, anyway i made it around 1:36. I had no idea that the Consultation was barely for only 10 minutes. Long story short, they turned me away, citing i was late. This is probably the first time i have experienced something like this at a salon.

I love going to see Sydni Marie to get my hair cut! She does a great job blending blonde, cuts my hair exactly as I ask for, and gives a killer scalp massage. I would recommend her to anyone!

So I was pretty excited to go to the salon, since it has pretty good google reviews, good reviews of my hair stylist (Sadaf), and her Instagram account looks really good, full of hair painting on dark hair clients. So I go to my appointment. The salon itself is beautiful and clean. I showed Sadaf what I wanted (see first photo), pretty light balayage with the ends all looking pretty light and almost blonde. She asks me many questions about what I wanted. I'm feeling good about the appointment. 4 hours go by. My appointment is done. With the styling and lighting, it looks good. I come home, and started to look at my hair more closely. It looks quite different from the picture. - Overall it doesn't look as light as I wanted (which I understand, everyone's hair processes differently, and the hair will lighten after a few washes) - It doesn't have as much lightening coverage as I wanted, and it looks quite streaky (this looks more like streaky highlights, and bleach should've been applied more evenly) - The ends are mostly still black, and didn't get bleached at all. This is very different from what I asked for. So now I am messaging my stylist, hoping for a complementary touch up (maybe this is the industry standard, or maybe based on my experience with other salons in the city, where my stylists have always offered for a touch up for free). She tells me that it will be at cost. After explaining that this is more than just my hair hasn't lighten up as much as I hoped, she insists that it will still be at cost. So no, I won't be coming back for another touch up, and spend another $300, after the seeing the results.

I always have a great experience at House of Toli. Everyone is really professional and the salon is spacious, super clean and organized. I always go to Sadaf for my hair needs – she is AMAZING! Sadaf is talented, honest and very knowledgeable as a hair stylist. She always delivers beautiful results (see photos) and also provides the best recommendations to protect my hair. I can’t forget to mention she gives the best scalp massages! I’m completely obsessed with my hair! Definitely worth the flight all the way from Toronto – Thank you Sadaf! If you want gorgeous hair, I’d highly recommend booking an appointment with Sadaf!

Sadaf is a hair painting goddess!!! I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. She’s super professional, honest and will always do her best to communicate as well as letting you know if something will work or will need more time. I always have a million questions and she always takes the time to educate me and tell Me what she’s doing and when she’s doing it which I super appreciate! I’ve gone blonde, caramel and chocolate brown with her and it’s always been so good (pics included!) I recommend her to all my friends and nobody has ever been disappointed!!!!
