It's an ok store but a few times I have been there and the alarm went off after I left. I would get the mail and leave, so I only had the mail the key and my phone. I would suggest you get a better alarm system that doesn't give me,or other customers, extreme anxiety

In a career choice that is a window between front line clinicals and the general public I would assume client care would be a primary mandate in providing assistance in health management. And customer service / over-all politeness is a part of this. I am unsure why pharmacist / pharmacist technician assistants don’t think that customer services is a part of their job. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of kindness and over-all pleasantries that this staff ever shows. It very disappointing

This store helps the spread of COVID-19 through a gross lack of teamwork and on-the-job incompetence. This comes at a time when we all should be limiting our time spent in public areas. Postal clerk would/could not provide refund after their own error, forcing me to enter a new lineup at a completely different store to seek help with correcting/completing my original transaction (parcel shipment). This is not the time to tell the customer that you are not accountable for your errors and give them no choice but to leave post-payment without the service they required! Manager Dan should acknowledge the importance of effective postal service since we cannot visit our loved ones, return their belongings, give gifts or sentimental items in person. Please re-train, or re-hire.

I am giving up on this pharmacy today. During the past two years I've had a lot of prescriptions sent by two different doctors. Every single time they never seem to have my prescription information even though my doctors assured me they've sent them. Today I will have to ask my doctor to resend my prescription for a third time for simple refills. I've never had issues like this at any pharmacy. If it was once or twice, I could understand, but this has been too much. They didn't even have my medication and I have to wait two days for respiratory medication. I've even recieved rude service at the post office there. Not good at all since it's my neighborhood pharmacy. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Nichole (the pharmacist assistant) is uncaring, has a negative attitude towards her job and customers. She’s displayed very poor communication and interpersonal skills. Her behaviour is dreadful and the way she interacts with those picking up their prescriptions is disrespectful. Sad to see someone like this working in the pharmaceutical industry.
