I had appointment with my kids in the clinic We could see the doctor after 20 minutes later . But we didn't complain..the next day my husband had appointment at 3 pm. He cam from work and got there at 3.02 pm, they rescheduled his appointment. And they said the doctor left. That's mean the doctor left before 3 pm.
I don't recommend the clinic at all

You see, I am the most particular, hard to please kind of gal. Both Roberta and Jocelyn spend hours with me. They showed extreme patiences, professionalism, kindness, were friendly and easy to talk with. My hat goes off to these gals. I can be a piece of work. I will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude customer service on the phone and at the office, went at the appointment time and the doctor was not available and staff said he was out having coffee - I had to wait while the staff attempted to alert the doctor and have him return to the office. The doctor himself was nice and professional. He said he would order some contacts for me to try, informed me they would be available for me to try on in a week and that the staff would let me know when they arrived at the office - never heard back from them again. Will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service with a smile. I had an irritation around my eye and the receptionist was able to get me in to see the doctor within an hour. Dr. Rod Adams were amazing. The best medical professional I have met in a long time. He was not only funny but caring and professional. I had a great experience at this office. I would recommend them for your family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and doctors, they identified my vision problems and found the perfect prescription. Immediate relief! Lots of selection for frames, I am a tough fit but the staff were quick to find frames that fit with many choices to try on. This was my first ever pair of glasses, this has made such a difference.
They also directed billed my insurance which was great!
