DR. ANDERSON
Dr. Anderson was born in Calgary and raised in the town of Strathmore. He completed his undergraduate studies at the College of Southern Idaho and Seton Hall University in New Jersey while on a baseball scholarship and in 2009 was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the Major League Baseball draft. Dr. Anderson went on to earn his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. He completed clinical internships in Boston and Edmonton gaining experience in ocular disease, pediatrics, specialty contact lenses, low vision, and vision therapy. Outside of the office Dr. Anderson enjoys spending time with his wife Tiffany who he met in university and his family, playing sports, fishing, and hiking in the Rocky Mountains

The eye exam was fine, although at my other clinics I have been asked more questions and provided more advice, this clinic felt like I was pretty in and out. I ordered contacts to my house and they never shipped, I was never told why that happened, and then had to pick them up at the clinic instead. I told the clinic that I was completely out of contacts, and they didn’t label the boxes for me so I’d advise to check that before leaving the clinic if you get contacts.
Update on my review: I ordered contacts from this location 6 months after my first visit and there were issues again. My eyes have quite different prescriptions so it was an easy and quick catch, if you order contacts from here ensure they are labelled properly before leaving.

Not only did she ask all the right questions about me eye health but she went above and beyond and really brightened my day with a great conversation and her overall positivity. Dr. Levasseur was also wonderful. I was worried I had something in my eye and her calm presence made the overall experience a great one! Thank you Signal Hill Eye Care.
