★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitually really slow service at the inside counter - they have been this way for years. Drive through is where they put staff that know what they are doing. I would estimate that they process 3 or 4 orders in the drive through for every order processed inside. So doing the environmentally conscious thing of parking your car and going inside to order can cost you a lot of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using this location for our late night munchy needs for 2 years. Other then the occasional wrong order was pretty good. Untill today.
I got a Raw, yes RAW... cold inside, baconator. Then was told sorry we are closed come back tomorrow. Wasnt going to accept that so i went back and they did make me a new(cooked) burger. Shouldn't have to say this but make sure your food is cooked from this location for a while. I will be.
The only reason its not getting a 1 star is for 2 years the food was great. Might be the last time I go to this location for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at a Wendy's restaurant in many years! Staff were rude and the quality of food was pathetic. I complained to manager Josie, who did nothing. I highly do not recommend this location and to go to another one if you really want Wendy's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it is situated together in the same building with Tim Hortons.. Wendy's sitting is large enough to accommodate 30 people .. Most rush is through drive thru.. They do accept mailer coupons.. Overall a good location as the order have been recieved on timely ordered. Also they do lettuce buns..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has removed their side salad from the menu. This was the primary reason that I go to Wendy's over the other fast food places in the area.
Unfortunately I will not be returning unless the item is back on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food from the drive thru, paid extra for the limited time pretzel bun, got home and found everything but a bun for my chicken burger. How the hell do you forget the bun for a burger?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive thru today to quickly grab a burger for lunch. When I got to my destination I opened the burger and there was no tomato, the lettuce was super wilted, and the burger was stale. It had clearly been sitting out for a very long time. It was so old/stale I couldn’t eat it. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because I haven’t had this issue with this location previously.
