★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff. I felt comfortable and listened to during my entire visit. The environment was serene and welcoming. My therapist was Canelle (sp?) and she was sweet and took time before and after my massage to speak to me about my specific concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff is very pushy with their sales pitches and won’t leave you in peace before your massage until you buy a package.
After purchasing one at the end of October, I was informed that there were no female therapists available outside of regular (9-5) working hours for the next two months. After asking for a refund as services wouldn’t be provided in a reasonable time frame I was told to email the company (as management is not in and I need to wait for them). I waited four days for a response only to receive a generic message that I should basically be a back up plan for when someone else cancels, wait until January or drive to an further location (which also don’t have a lot of time).
No contact information was provided on the email. After responding I received an auto reply. I called the front desk to ask who sent the email and if someone could call to speak with me. Again was faced with, we can’t do anything and our manager is out for a few days, send another email, someone from head office sent you the email but we don’t know who and we don’t have a head office phone number.
Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage therapist is great there but the only super down size about that place is there computer system.. when you are membership and you have extra credit that you missed out you cannot use unless you have a active credit card..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage was just fine! Super rushed towards the end, the massage therapist left the room in a rush and I never saw her again. The massage was definitely not 60 minutes. And the piece de résistance, it was so loud, chatty Kathy’s outside in the hallway talking away like they were at the mall, ruined the whole massage for me. Will not be returning!

Please note that you do NOT get a full 60 min massage. I have left this place twice and only received 50 minutes of an actual massage. I was on the bed right at 1pm and was done by 1:50pm. I pay $90 with the expectation I am getting 60 min or close to. 10 mins = $15 or 5 min = $7.50. That’s a lot of money lost in when a therapist cuts the massage short. Go to the Beltline location. They provide a full 60min and sometimes even go overtime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joined my lovely bride here for a massage. She has been coming for a while, my first time massage. Very clean business and relaxing atmosphere from the first step in the door. Had a nice "moderate" pressure massage and big knots worked out the shoulders....... may just need to do this again.

My boyfriend booked another couples massage here because of the great experience first time even though it’s a 45 minute drive for us. When we showed up they said there is only a massage for my boyfriend and not me even though the lady on the phone told him the price for TWO of us. We asked who he talked to and they said they don’t know and that they can’t get me in. She then proceeds to ask me to book for a future appointment but I definitely won’t be back. My boyfriend didn’t cancel the massage due to the cancellation policy so I sat in the car for an hour.
