Went there to try new wraps skipped the drive through as it was full got my order fast and wraps were very good

Good Tim Hortons location, get the exact order everytime but the drive through is kinda slow in the morning expect 10 minutes wait time. But good overall.

There is no fast service in evening time at this location and specially for mobile order. If you’re ordering ahead of time for mobile order, you still have to wait for 10 mins in store for your order.

It is a bit of a zoo here because of the layout and that it is combined with a Wendy's too. To enter, you need to cross in front of cars coming out of the drive-thru section for Tim's. Not the safest set-up to be honest. There is a separate drive-thru for the Wendy's in this building so it can be confusing. Inside the lineup gets quite backed up and then the pick up area for food items has many people standing around it, blocking the orginal lineup. It just seems to lack proper logistical organization here in comparison with other Tim Horton's.

It used to be worth the wait even if the line was long at the Signal Hill Tim Hortons because the customer service was always top notch, but today the person working the drive thru rushed my daughter through her order, didn’t repeat it back, then when we got to the window and the order was wrong and we asked for the correct drink they were unapologetic and initially flat out ignored her. They then had her do a refund and charged for the upgraded drink. I don’t have a problem that we had to pay for the correct drink but when I said that I thought it was odd because it was their mistake the two staff members at the window started talking about us in front of us. We weren’t rude or belligerent, and to be honest I wouldn’t have pointed out that it was their error had they not been so dismissive. It’s just sad that the customer doesn’t matter anymore. There are enough locations that we will just pick a different one next time. All it would have taken was a β€œoh sorry about that” to keep this customer.

Nice and friendly staff. The service was quick. Only four star because my steeped tea wasn’t hot when I got it.

No kidding !!! We ordered 3 XL French Vanillas and the cups came empty!!! This is medium!! The cup is the size but the coffee is just medium or almost Large!! Do your business properly and professionally!! Extra money with no extra coffee? !! Tim Hortons please train your employees!!
