We dealt with Nan and she was been able to satisfy our needs of style and costs. I can definitely say that this is our glasses store now.

Eye exam and Frame selections were not the best in Calgary but the staff do go out their way to assist you with ordering frames if they do not have them in stock.
Do pay attention to the final billing to ensure agreed upon discounts are applied as this part tends to not be very transparent for this industry.
Looking forward to picking up my glasses and will provide updates in the future. For now, If you know the type of lense and frame you want, Lens Save Express is an easy recommendation.
Update: got the new pair of Oakleys today. Perfect fit, did not need to adjust at all. Wish it was the made in US or Italy variant. It would also be nice if they had color options for transition color. Overall happy with the purchase.
