★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very mad at this pharmacy for a bad system and unhelpful employees! Booked a COVID vaccination for today, have my confirmation emails. Show up at the pharmacy and all I'm told is "we don't have the vaccine yet" repeatedly. Someone from our back comes to mumble at me it was a computer glitch (I think? It was not well explained!), but the pharmacy didn't bother calling or emailing anyone who booked (I have two friends who booked this afternoon as well) to say it wasn't a real appointment. Complete waste of time, unhelpful employees, I will certainly not be returning for a vaccine or any pharmacy needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do you LIE about your store HOURS? I got there at 6:30 to pick up a prescription my doctor faxed directly to you, but the doors were locked. The sign on the door says mon-fri 10-7, google says the same thing. And yet I had no way of getting my much needed medication. Incredibly inconvenient. At least put a sign up if you close early for holidays or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just left the pharmacy (3:05pm), December 30th. There were two men running the pharmacy at this moment, and despite the fact that I called in to see if they have the covid tests available they gave me a hard time at the front. He went as far as to tell me that the sign at front saying they don't have any was to prevent the headache or customers asking for kits. I was in disbelief, called him out on being rude as the Gov of Alberta recommends people lacking symptoms to pick up kits at their local pharmacies. If I wanted to wait on hold for hours to report this man to health services for intentionally withholding or misleading the general public from receiving help I would.
Javied, we will never be coming back. I hope you treat your future customers with a little more care and take the time to find less rude ways to explain your struggles as a pharmacy. I would've listened as people are generally reasonable and do not wish to argue. I should not have to try to de-escalate a pharmacist just because people in the past have given you trouble. Just because they were rude doesn't mean your future customers will be as well.
