About Dream Sleep Respiratory SW Calgary
Dream Sleep Respiratory is proud to be a Calgary owned and operated home care, sleep and respiratory clinic.
It was opened in 2011 and since then we have worked to be the best in patient care in the city of Calgary. We pride ourselves on putting a patient’s health and concerns at the top of our list and work hard to be the best in customer service and care.
Since we first opened our doors to the public in our Country Hills head office, we have expanded to include 4 locations in Calgary, as well as offices in Canmore, Cochrane, Red Deer, and Edmonton. In an effort to better serve our customers, we are continually growing and always expanding to serve our Alberta customers better.
At the moment our services include CPAP therapy for sleep apnea patients including all that is required, sleep testing for sleep-disordered breathing diagnosis, complete pulmonary function testing, and home oxygen. They are great about the billing with health care insurance - including sending quotes for pre-approval! AWESOME. I just wouldn't go anywhere else!! I am lucky to be helped by her, or I may have already aborted the trial long before, instead reaching the final decision to purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding this office hidden in Strathcona Health Centre is worth the effort. Ashley, our Respiratory Therapist, has been wonderful to deal with! She has worked carefully, clearly, and kindly with the us to manage my husband’s apnea. They work directly with our other healthcare provider and insurance, making it all very easy. The equipment she recommended is perfect. And her follow up has been flawless! We highly recommend this office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful appointment with Christie today. she was extremely helpful in explaining how to operate the cpap machine. She was covering for Ashley. This is my first day with the machine so I will find out if it'll make me feel better. Also received wonderful help from the receptionist, Colby. She helped my guide dog and I out to my Mom's car with the machine and brought in Mom's oxygen machine she was needing to bring back, so thanks for everyone's help. Just hope someone can pick up the recorder that I have for the follow-up study. thanks to Erin who brought it on Jan 13.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started off well - very supportive. Never got to see the doctor, only the therapist technicians. After insurance goes through, I felt like they rushed me out the door.
Not sure if its worth 3 times the price for their equipment justified by their continued 'support'. Might be better off buying the same from Amazon for 1/3 of the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was positive. Good service, product seems to work as advertised. Consultant made good assessment of my needs and worked comfortably without any changes. I used the trial period longer than expected with no complaints from the vendor. Overall very satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 1 star due to the lack of support when my cpap machine was recalled. I need it desperately, and I explained this to them. The only option they gave me, was to buy another one in the meantime. No ETA on when a manufacturer supplied replacement would arrive, and it has been months now. It also, took them 2 months from the recall notification, to notify me. Given the severe nature of the recall, this is not good. No offer to give me a break on the price of a new one, or buy my replacement cpap when it arrived. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Anything would have been appreciated. Sorry guys. Other than this, I have had a very good experience with them.
