Careica health is a great professional health care establishment for sleeping apnea diagnostics. Their step by step process with great customer focussed and highly professional staff is a key reason for patronage. You get value for patronage. My experience with Careica health has been a awesome one and I strongly recommend them as great establishment to consult with on sleep apnea and related health concerns.

Fixed to go to the Mayfair Centre and bought a new CPAP machine for $2,300. Was just given a box and the name of a video to watch. No personal service whatsoever. Video isn't specific to the product I bought. Have tried for a month to get the machine to work. It is now a white elephant sitting in the bedroom. The 1-800 number is almost impossible to navigate. In desperation I plan to turn up at their office with the machine. But so far the service has been appalling. Correction - I was able to contact Careica and they fixed me an appointment with their senior therapist Stephanie. She was excellent and sorted out my problem which was a fault with the new machine. And she spent a lot of time going over how the machine worked. I felt fully supported. She traded my faulty machine for a new one and I am now enjoying excellent sleep.

Terrible terrible customer service! Stephanie the manager is rude and about as useful as a concrete parachute. It has gone down the drain since Careica took RANA over apparently.

requires better dispersement of information so your clients can understand how (well the sleep assessment went) it has been a few weeks I completed my assessment and have not have any feedback. (When I get an update, I can also update this review to reflect this)

I did a trial through Careica. Enjoyed the sleep I was getting. Then was put on a wait list for the specific machine I used for the trial, and returned the rental. In early February, I received a phone call from Careica and they pressured me into taking a totally different cpap. I had β€œuntil the end of the business day” to say yes or no. Desperate to get a good night sleep again, I said yes. I picked it up on February 7th. Within the first week, I knew this was the wrong machine for me. And I have been constantly trying to get a manager to call me back since. I am getting even worse sleeps than I did prior to my trial. Careica said I could return the cpap within 30 days on the day of purchase. It is now March 17th and this company has been stringing me along the entire time. Taking upwards of 2 weeks to respond back. I called today, asked for a phone call back - yet they emailed me and refused to speak to me over the phone. This is absolutely horrendous customer service. I am getting horrible sleeps, and after spending $2,300 on a machine that I was forced into taking, this company has washed their hands of me. Absolutely despicable.
