โ โ โ โ โ FedEx needs to pull this locations license. They offer ZERO shipping knowledge about sending a laptop into United States including what paperwork is required to avoid a Customs Exception. Their motto is โShip it, and it will get returned if there is a problem,โ instead of taking some pride, and offering an ounce of customer service. I highly recommend going elsewhere, even though this location may be near to you. I now need to go to an official FedEx location to sort through my Customs issues to avoid any unnecessary expense and time of having a shipment come back, and resend. Not to mention the carbon implications of flying packages around needlessly.

โ โ โ โ โ I recently shipped a package at this location. The lone attendant was overwhelmed and it took me nearly an hour to get the shipment labeled and processed. I found it unbelievable that I was charged $2.00 to photocopy 2 pages that constituted part of the labeling after I was already spending close to $130.00 to ship the package. The labeling is an extra cost? Really? This appears to be an 'anything for a buck' location and I won't return.

โ โ โ โ โ Drive halfway across town to come here based on the hours of operation listed on both the fedex site, and the fedex listing on google maps. Sign in the window also says they should be open. Nope. Very frustrated. You should get that changed. ?
