I had to wait in line for 10 minutes for them to finish screwing up her parcel before it was my turn. I ended up taking my parcel somewhere else to get shipped. Please save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

The lady owner lied to me I have to print (3) copies of invoice to send the package at her store as she is offering printing service, then I said I’m not gonna print as follow dhl exactly instructions to return the package. I knew she was lying so I went to downtown DHL and sent package that the dhl boys said it’s all good as what dhl requirements are. Totally dishonest owner of authorized dhl store! I would rather spending more money in gasoline rather than let you to make a couple of dollars on printing copies.
