★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 10KM to get some urgent printout. Reached there by 5 and associate straight away said. I have too much work. Get it tomorrow. I mentioned it’s 4-5 pages. Still she refused to do that saying we r off at 6 and it’s already 5pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service! We went in this store to get a toner. The two associates were just gossiping and we had to excuse from their conversation because we need some help. Btw, we still kept distance due to the pandemic. The associate named Jerry confirmed that we got the correct toner. He also added that we can now throw what is in our hands. And so we did and them as well talking to each other. Now, we had a problem with what we bought and got us to spend double. We asked for their help because we were unsure and yet this happened. In addition, associate did not even apologized to us but instead he just make some excuses.
This should have been prevented if they were there to assist us properly instead of gossiping infront of the customers.
We would to recognize the cashier who really tried his best to help us out. Great job to Dayana! Hope you can teach that Jerry what a good customer service is.
