Terrible printing service I’ve ever seen! I’ve been waiting for half an hour. One staff in printing department was helping with another customer. But several staff are chatting, talking. Not willing to help!

Staples is not set up to do infant passport photos. I had a horribly long and drawn out time trying to get my 3 week old to β€œlook at the camera”, after an hour we left with no photo.

Very bad customer service. Made me wait almost 1 hour for an associate to help me in printing. The employee out there show no response to help me at all. Very Very bad employees. I have been there couple of times, everytime I get the same kind of response.

I went there on Friday June 3rd, I hade some prints & copies, but I didn't know how to do, there was a nice lady called Dipzi or Dipsi , really helped me what to do, she is so helpful and respectful

Had a fantastic experience at this locations Print Shop. I was very thankful for the way Cheyenne helped me. She was kind and understanding of my situation. Thank you!!!

If could give a zero star review I would. My cousin just went in to this branch and asked for help scanning some papers. While she was asking an associate for help, another customer politely interrupted to ask a quick question, he turned to her and loudly said β€œcan’t you see I’m busy, I dont have time for you right now”! She was taken back and just ignored how he treated the other customer. It was almost closing time and he told her that she had too many papers and it’ll take too long. She politely asked for help as these papers needed to be emailed tonight as she flys out to her camp job at 4am. She had a loaded card already and it shouldn’t take too long. The guy said β€œwe’ll I guess that’s your problem now isn’t it” she was appalled by what he had just said and the tone of voice. She left in tears. She had enough time to drive to another location in Coventry Hills and they helped her with amazing customer service and got it all done in a timely manner.

Staff at this Staples location is the purest example of excellent customer service. Stephanie and Rishabh went above and beyond making informed recommendations, quick to go back to the aisles to find what was needed and generally such a positive experience. From the manager, Karen, to all staff I have encountered, five stars all the way! Keep up the great work everyone! You are all appreciated!

Worst Customer Service I've ever received from Staples. My wife asked if we could get our passport pictures done and Dipsi (Employee) said I could do it...but let me see if I can get someone else. She returned about 5 minutes later to reluctantly help us. Took a few pictures and said we had to retake my daughter's picture. She looked like she was having some issues with the computer, we waited but she never told us what was going on. The manager came to the front and she left the computer and us, we watched organize some packages and tidy up other things. We continued waiting. About 20 minutes passed and I had to get her attention to ask her what was going on? She went back to the computer and said I can't get it to print...so why were we waiting so long for any updates or communication? I asked if there was anything they could do but she no so it was a complete waste of time. Mohamed her manager said sorry and that's all, didn't apologize for the very poor customer service and attitude. Clearly shows management was incapable of providing customer service at all. Apologizing doesn't solve anything, you need to take action...if he knew what customer service is. Worst experience at Staples Beacon Hill. We received great service at Staples Panorama, handled professionally.
