I have used the big brand store for years, but got tired of being ignored when I picked up prescriptions, and the lengthy turnover time. At universal health pharmacy in Chestermere, they greet me by name, fill prescriptions efficiently in a timely manner, keep track of my medication needs and always treat me with respect. He offered various strategies, and was extremely accommodating i.e. staying open an hour later). Evident that patient care is a top priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to rate because the pharmasist was very nice, but the cleanliness was way under par. Gosh, i understand the season, but the floors were not cleaned recently nor was the overflowing garbage can and empty boxes in the injection room. I also suspect wearing one pair of gloves for all patients, although sanitizer was used between patients, is not standard. Nor is not swabbing the vail before drawing medicine up.
