★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a birthday cake today and said absolutely no marshmallow type icing due to allergies was told butter cream icing only and icing between the layers and they didn’t make the cake as was discussed, they even wrote the name wrong .. I couldn’t sample the icing as it was for a birthday party so let’s just say no one but 2 little kids had a piece and basically spit it out .. if people can’t decorate a cake to the customers likings then don’t work in the bakery , you ruined the Birthday party and I will never return to your store because this is the second time you have done this so Safeway it is from this point on !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for purchasing grocery and other goods, the service was good and the food. The cakes sold at the bakery was super good and the products displayed were very well organized. One time I even saw I dessert that looked very miserable, looked like no one wanted to buy it. Very Funny! Overall my experience at this place is very positive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was struggling to grocery shop with my two young kids. This Sobey's staff are always so kind. The deli lady chatted with us and made my kids feel so special. Another lady asked their names and told them jokes. A man stocking pop smiled and talked with us. That was just during our shopping portion. During the checkout we had someone bag and ask if we needed help taking our bags to our car. In total 7 different employees helped us, made us feel welcome and it was such a great experience! So thank you Nolan Hill Sobeys staff!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Sobeys at Nolan for keeping up with your customer service. You guys always go above and beyond. The most recent experience is asking their staff named Eric. I asked him a favour to call me when Earth’s Own oat milk is in stock. As I cant find it anywhere. My son is allergic to many things and the only milk that he drinks is the Earth’s Own Oat milk. True to his word, Eric called and left me a voicemail that they have it now in stock. My mom dropped by to buy it for son. If there’s 10 star I would give it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got home from Sobeys Nolan Hill. My frustration with this store is incorrect pricing. Today was my last time there. I have had to go around the store my last 3 times after reviewing my receipt and take pictures of the prices i should of been charged and get it resolved. I am sure most people don't notice they are being ripped off but i do! Food is expensive enough let alone paying more than advertised. Also, sobey's policy is the item is free if priced incorrectly but that is never offered.Today I got a free paper bag for my inconvenience. It happens way too often and today it was multiple items. I never have this problem at the superstore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, I went there for my canker sore it was very painful, pharmacist Sherman Sung gave me prescription to apply that really helped me with the pain, a few days after they called back and asked if the medication had helped. They really care, they take time to explain to you, to give you information you need. Thank you so much and keep up good work!
