At the front?? I am just watching them ignore all security alarms .. allowing entry of un masked families and individuals to walk and shop with no one asking them to mask up?
Still have restrictions in place people??
I think if the personnel paid as much attention to the people walking in and out of store as their personal phone and pay more attention to the security of the patrons and store it wld create a better shopping environment !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional management and a customer service team. They don’t know how to deal with customers and even unaware for their own company policies. They are very very rude and disrespectful. Even , they are doing fraud with customers. Firstly they stock products with wrong price tag, but they gives us different price at front. One day, I took all tag pictures and show at front like what is going on and she changed tags right away and put right tag in front of us. This shows that how they are doing illegal activities at work. They taking advantage of their positions. I just wanna suggest everybody, please be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection, fast lineups and ample parking. I was greeted and assisted by Heena, she was very friendly and good at making conversation. I liked that she helped make my shopping experience more positive and enjoyable, as not all associates are as kind as her, and this can make a big difference. I will definitely revisit and hope to chat with her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just inside this location after a mistake with my online grocery order that was just picked up and It was possibly the manager who corrected what had happened. Your promptness, helpfulness, and what you had offered puts you at the top of what excellent customer service and leadership skills are.
I did not get the chance to properly say thank you so I really want to thank you for your great service and help today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, always friendly here and they deserve 5 stars! 1 star for the constantly empty shelves. I’ve tried different days now and it’s always the same for months now. Some products haven’t been restocked at all in weeks! Just returned from the US where Walmart shelves were full and everything was available. What gives? I thought it was a general issue for the US&CA, but is this maybe just a Calgary issue?
