We did a quick shop while we waited the 15 min for our results, all negative, thank you very much. Store was clean and well stocked for what we were looking for.

However, I am losing patience with this store due to the parking/entrance situation as only the west entrance is open (the entire East entrance is blocked off for online orders which doesn't make a lot of sense). Difficult trudging through the snow with a full cart for what feels like 2 city blocks to your car if you are lucky enough to find a spot. Speaking of carts, had to put my cart back not once, not twice but 3 times recently because they were in such rough shape. Staff are always friendly/helpful though and you can't beat their prices so we always end up coming back.

In county village superstore the parking is a nightmare all the times They should have taken the curbside to the far door and the main shopping to the near door. There's is much more space for parking beside this door. It's really not understandable why they are not caring for the ease of customers, instead they are looking their ease. It just reflect the management skills. Everyone there is struggling for the parking on that side.

Everything looked all right inside, and self-checkout made it really easy for me to get out of there in under 10 minutes. Usually the store is quite busy, but if you go there around 8:00 at night it's only a few people probably doing the same thing that I was.

I still live closer to the Huntington location, but thought that I'd give this one a try since there are many other shops around it. I can safely say that I will never come back to this location. This is one of the most disorganized stores I've ever been to. I understand that it's a little bit of an older layout, but my goodness I could not navigate this place. The way that the aisles are set up is ridiculous in my opinion. The horizontal and vertical combination was confusing, and I couldn't find anything easily. The shelf tags were incorrect or non-existent. The cashier was simultaneously rushing me, then completely left their station to go to customer service to drop off a cold return mid transaction, leaving me standing there waiting. Don't even get me started on that freezer aisle, I swear on my life I'm going to have nightmares about that long, dark, narrow, intimidating aisle. The entire store just generally had a dark, as well as dirty and messy appearance. To summarize, if I wanted to go to no frills, I'd go to no frills, and I think that statement speaks for itself if you know what I mean.
S	Susan Zhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! Something bad happened to my friend today in this store. She paid for her items and one bag. But the cashier didn’t pay attention to her job. She didn’t give my friend her plastic bag. And my friend was in a hurry to pick up her child. So my friend said “give me a bag” three times for getting her bag. My friend’s cashier didn’t think my friend was rude. But a cashier next line stopped my friend on her way out to “educate” my friend a lot saying my friend was rude. My friend was so angry and talked to the supervisor. The supervisor didn’t give her a chance to explain, said they didn’t want customers who were rushing. And she was aggressive at my friend. She hit my friend‘s cellphone. Well, how can you not being rush after requesting a bag for three times (already paid for it). I really hope this supervisor and cashier can apologize to my friend. I decide I am not going to this superstore for at least two months even it is only five minutes. I am really angry how they treat customers.

Didn't give me bags with my online order and I had to put in a special request for some and got informed they pay $1000 for a box of bags and management didn't want to provide bags. When I'm walking with $125 worth of groceries that's not a good look. Sometimes items are put in spots with lower prices and they ring in for much more at the till. Pay attention to the small tags and the names on them and double check the product name so you don't get fleeced. Other than that my experiences have been positive. Staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. Price match guarantee is great.

I have shopped here since it opened in Coventry in Calgary. Love to see it has only improved since the last time I was here. Excellent price on the sugar free gogo squeeze. Excellent customer service lots of tills open even though only 10 mins til close. We were in from 17:28 to 17:50 Alberta Time excellent experience even with many shoppers in the store considering close time was 18:00. In compliance with COVID 19 cleaning standards; very clean store.
