★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Canada post ladies that work at this location all act like “supervisor Karen” one is especially rude to the customers more than the others. They’re all on a power trip, and take it out on the customers. We get it Karen that you know you’re job. I don’t care to know your job. I need you to provide me good customer service. The hiring manager at this Canada post def has a type that they hire!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been having really bad experiences at shoppers drug mart locations lately. Came here today and was helped by Joseph. He was great! Very helpful and friendly. This is what customer service should look like. Seriously, other shoppers locations need to learn from him! Great job Joseph, thank you for making my shopping trip pleasant during these difficult times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer at the Pharmacy since they opened 28 years ago. I purchase lots of meds for me and my family all with severe asthma. Since they have a new owner I have had the worst customer service ever every time I go there ! The new owner is extremely rude!!!! He yelled at me today and gave me a hard time...because their system was down for my insurance coverage....not my fault! Should have never yelled at me that way. Totally unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this location since it opened in the 90's. The pharmacy staff used to be very helpful and professional. Since new owners and management have taken over, the service has taken a turn for the worse. The store staff are still wonderful but the pharmacy staff are terrible, rude and dismissive. The pharmacy is always lined up, the staff is disorganized and don't take the time to listen to the customer. I received 2 emails Dec. 6 to let me know that my prescription was ready to be picked up, I went 4 days later and was told that there must have been a "glitch" and there was nothing for me. I waited for 20 minutes in line to be told this. I will be moving my prescriptions from this location as will my family. You lost some very loyal customers....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff working at the cosmetic department are always incredibly rude. They follow you around while you’re looking at the products and stare at you intensely. It’s absolutely bizarre. They stare you down and spy, and I’ve heard this from numerous people that have shopped here. Three whole times I’ve been accused of stealing just for opening my bag to grab my phone or opening my bag to put my phone or wallet inside. I don’t understand what is wrong with the staff here or why they’re always treating customers like criminals. I hate going here and I avoid it from all the weird and offensive experiences I, and other people I know, have had while shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is always clean and I’m usually able to get through the store fairly quickly, in lieu of the bigger grocery store. The staff is also friendly and your usually greeted upon entrance. The pharmacy is usually fairly busy but the line goes pretty quickly. They don’t usually have more the one or two tills open but I find the self check out is much more efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish we could give a 0 star rating. Over the last couple months we’ve seen a lot of new faces and the customer service has gone in the toilet. I miss the days of dealing with Fiona who was absolutely dedicated to her job and the people she served. Now, my fathers blister packs set for delivery to Chartwell have to be baby sat by me or they aren’t delivered at all. Anytime a prescription is dropped off it is NEVER done on time when we return, at their directed pick up time. We are stalled at pick up stating records have to be updated including date of birth. Not sure a date of birth would ever change??? So tired of the lack of customer care and are moving elsewhere. If you have plenty of time to waste, you have found the right pharmacy. I choose to deal with better people when our family needs medical care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just got out booster shot (Pfizer) at this location this morning (me and my husband) we are so blessed that the person who gave us our shot are so kind, knowledgeable, and very very good in injecting the vaccine.. we didn’t feel anything it seems like noting touches our skin!! Thank you so much MINA!! God bless you!?
