This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. I called the front desk for 2 days before anyone picked up to tell me dr Kay Laverty's walk in time will be 10am to noon the nextday. I was there at 10am waited till 12:05pm, there were other patients there too who had appointments to see same doctor and had to wait 1 and half hours to see her. Am canceling my meet and greet appointment with this doctor for next week,,I can't trust her with my health

I think my biggest regret is how late I booked my appointment at this clinic. I had been struggling to find a doctor who truly made me feel heard and who took steps to make me feel cared for but at this clinic I finally did. Dr.Melissa Borle took every step and then some to make me feel both heard and to make a diagnosis that in her words would be a β€œslam dunk”. She was in the exam room when I arrived and instantly made me feel comfortable and cared for. Not only this, she made me feel like I was talking about my problem to a friend who was much more knowledgeable of course but never once did I feel rushed or like a burden and she did everything possible to give me such a great experience. I’ve been having the same issues for a while now but after my appointment with her I have faith that a solution will be found. Thank you so much Dr.Melissa. All in all I couldn’t recommend this clinic more and would recommend booking your appointment before spots fill up.

Doctors are very nice , listen to you and care about you but booking an appointment is very challenging. Most of the times nobody pick the Call or put you on hold for long times, have app. for booking, it works or not only the clinic persons know.

Not a great first impression being a new patient at this location. Waited over an hour to see my Dr for a meet and greet and now I can't seem to get In touch with anyone over the phone to book another appt. I can't even book an appt online because I require a invite link to setup an account. I suggest hiring more receptionist staff.

Dr. Laverty is my father's family doctor and I tried calling the clinic to book an appointment and it took calling back 5 times before anyone picked up the phone. I experienced the same thing back in December too. I have never experienced this at a medical clinic before and would strongly recommend that their clinic hire additional staff. Based on the other google reviews, I'm not the only one with this issue.

I’m not sure what those complainy reviews are, because I had a wonderful experience at the walk-in clinic this morning. I left my car at 9am sharp and I was back in my car by 9:50 with a prescription and a treatment plant. So, it took 50 minutes for filling our paperwork, waiting to get seen, getting assessed and coming back with a clear understanding of what’s wrong with me and what to do about it. Meanwhile there was constant flow of patients that showed up with appointments. I interacted with at least 3 staff members, all of whom were super nice and helpful. Was see by Dr. Claarsen, who came off as very nice, professional and competent doctor. It was a very pleasant experience overall and I would definitely go back, if I had need.

Not great. The front desk is very responsive and kind, which is nice. I would suggest not going to Dr. Laverty as she does not follow through with calls in a timely manner. I was working and she said she would call me another time for a simple prescription refill. Unfortunately, she did not call and I have to keep bothering the pharmacy to extend my prescription week by week while I wait for a refill. Finally after no callbacks or help, and broken promises. Dr. Laverty told the receptionist to tell me to go into a walk in clinic. Safe to say it is onwards to another doctor. I will add as well that when we did talk on the phone I had questions about my help and her response was an interrupting "I HAVE TO GO KIMBERLEY" - very unprofessional.

Front desk ladies NEVER answer the phone. I called 20+ times and they didn’t pick up. The app is useful to book appointments, but sometimes it is needed to speak to front desk. I needed to request a copy of my requisitions, but couldn’t get through for days. I tried to book an appointment, but unfortunately my doctor is not available until April, and I live out of town so it is not easy for me to stop by. They seem to have time to chat with their fellow front desk members, but not to answer phones. My family doctor is amazing, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this place.
