The team is highly prepared and ready to welcome you in a very safe environment. Of course I did not always hear what I wanted but I can assure you that everything I learned/heard from them was what I needed when I needed. I was lost and they helped me find myself and my purpose again. I can’t find enough words to express how thankful I’m to have worked with you all at simply counselling to help me find joy in life again. Finding a good counsellor is not an easy task and I’m happy that I have found the very best in class!

Jenna is amazing and has helped reshape the way I think about myself and how I handle life day to day. The perspective I've gained from my sessions with her has made me much more positive, and confident in myself. I'd really encourage anyone with struggles of any kind to share them with Jenna, she'll help show you how to get on track and encourage you every step of the way.

She was able to quickly build a trusting relationship with our teenage daughter . Kristin has been instrumental in the development of better communication skills within our home. I appreciate that Kristin is direct in her communication, as it helps to hold each of us accountable for our role in the conflict resolution process. Our daughter's problem solving abilities and self confidence have improved as a direct result of her/our sessions . Thank you Kristin !

Jenna provided expertise to listen to our needs, concerns, experiences and provide guidance and direction for building a foundation of trust. She assisted us to work through issues in a safe and supportive environment. Having both a north and south location was great. I strongly recommend Jenna to anyone who needs help and guidance in their lives or relationships! We were able to direct bill to our benefits program as well- which made payments easy.
