I came here after experiencing some long-term shoulder pain, and Anuja was able to explain the problem, loosen up my muscles, and help me regain strength in my shoulders and back. Even after the first session, I felt so much better. Anuja strategically used machines to make my muscles relax. She gave me at-home exercises and stretches that significantly helped with my progress. If I ever need physio again, I'll be sure to come back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to go for physio. They seem to really care about finding a way for you to heal. Unlike other places that just want to take your money they actually seem sincere here. Way better than previous physio insurance sent me to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a deep tissue massage with Julie Kundrik who did an amazing job! Applied the right amount of pressure and worked out knots I have tried getting out forever. Building is very clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This will be my last visit to body therapy in deerfoot. I booked a 90 minute massage with Ann. The massage was quite odd at first spending 5 -10 minutes on a assessment doing a toe stretch and side to side body stretch. Took way too long. Got onto the massage table and there was literally no massage (felt like i was being run through a car wash). She took breaks as i could hear her blowing her nose (she had a runny nose and was sick). Now I am sick with a runny nose as well. As a health care company they should not be allowing sick workers to work. It is unsanitary and unprofessional. Would not recommend going here.
Edit: These were not allergies. She was clearly sick.
The fact she blew her nose in a tissue paper several times and did not wash her hands is not a sanitary practice. Again, would not recommend going here.
